Inside our farm you can buy and see the production process of typical biological products, as farro, chick peas, lentils and flours; since 1997 we changed to biological agriculture, continuing with the same production plus stone-ground flours made from ancient grains. Since 2021 our products, in addition to the biological certification, are also VEGANOK certified, so to reach everybody’s kitchen table: nowadays it’s the most widespread ethical standard in the world, that guarantees the consumer the absence of parts of animal origin in any kind of product, even in the packaging; it counts more than 14,000 certified products and over 1,200 customers, being recognized not only within all European countries, but also in the U.S.A., Russia, China and any other country.
